Management Criteria - Migrations

The General Directorate of Migration Management publishes the Management Criterion relating to the interpretation of Article 128. 3 of Royal Decree 1155/2024, of 19 November, approving the regulation of the Organic Law 4/2000, of 11 January, on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration, with respect to persons who may benefit from the exceptional authorization for serious illness, when the person affected by the illness is a minor, following the judgment of the Supreme Court no. 942/2025, 10 July 2025, R. 1963/2023.

The General Directorate of Migration Management is publishing the Management Criterion regarding the authorization of residence for national research and its application to foreign persons studying for doctorates.

The General Directorate of Migration Management publishes the Interpretative Criterion regarding the validity of the provisional authorization provided for in the twenty-first and twenty-first additional provisions of the Regulations of Organic Law 4/2000, of January 11.
